Terms and Conditions

1. RESERVATION: A per person deposit of $350 is required to secure a reservation for the study tour. This registration deposit will be credited to the cost of the tour.
2. COST: After BibleInteract receives your registration of deposit of $350, the tour price confirmed by BibleInteract is guaranteed (excluding fuel surcharges and government taxes). For an explanation of the cost, including what the cost includes and does not include, refer to the itinerary page on this website.
3. PAYMENT: Your registration deposit of $350 will be credited to the cost of the tour. The balance is due and payable in two equal installments, the first no later than March 3, 2008 and the final payment no later than April 7, 2008. 4. CANCELLATION & REFUND: BibleInteract must receive notice of cancellation in writing for any refund pursuant to the following schedule:
• No later than March 9, 2008: Full refund with no penalty.
• March 10-April 7: Refund of all payments less the $350 registration.
• April 8-May 26: Refund of all payments less $800.
• After May 26: Full commitment with no refund.
5. PASSPORT REQUIREMENT: U. S. citizens must have a valid passport with an expiration date of at least six months after the return date of June 17, 2008. For U. S. citizens there is no visa requirement. Citizens of countries other than the United States are responsible for complying with the requirements for their country. Word of caution: If you need to apply for a passport, allow at least three months for regular processing or you can pay an extra fee to expedite the approval.
6. HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: Prices per person are based on two persons sharing a room with two beds and a private bathroom. For those wanting a roommate, please note that request on your registration form and we will strive to assign a compatible roommate based on information you provide. For those who wish a single room there is an additional single-supplement fee of $485. BibleInteract reserves the right to change any hotels listed in the itinerary for similar accommodations.
7. MEALS: In-flight meals and snacks are served according to airline policy. Public health standards in Israel are equal to those in the United States. Tours include breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be "pay as you go" at locations on the tour.

9. ITINERARY: BibleInteract constantly strives to improve tour itineraries. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control make changes necessary, BibleInteract reserves the right to vary the itinerary.
10. TOUR CANCELLATION: BibleInteract reserves the right to cancel the tour in which case BibleInteract will refund all monies and will be under no further obligation or liability.
11. CONNECTING FLIGHTS: Tour participants are responsible for all travel plans to and from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWA). BibleInteract will have no obligation or liability if a delayed tour flight causes the participant to miss a connection. Therefore, we recommend that you allow ample time between your connecting flights and the tour flights. We further recommend that you consider using the same airline as BibleInteract in order to facilitate your connecting flight.
12. TOUR PARTICIPATION: Children aged 12-17 may participate if accompanied by a parent or other qualified adult. Participants with disabilities are welcome on BibleInteract tours providing they do not require special assistance from BibleInteract personnel. BibleInteract reserves the right to withdraw tour participation from anyone whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers, and BibleInteract shall be under no liability to any such person for refund, compensation, repatriation or any other matters.
13. EDUCATIONAL CREDIT: BibleInteract operates study tours that are accredited by educational institutions for academic credit toward their degree and certificate programs. Although BibleInteract may supervise and grade a student's work and tour participation, based on various agreements with the degree-granting institutions, BibleInteract does not award the academic credit.
